Malcolm Elster – A Chartered Civil Engineer with over 30 years experience of building in London and the south east, Malcolm joined Neilcott in 2000 as Construction Director, and then became Managing Director in 2003.  During Malcolm’s tenure the Company’s expansion has continued with larger and more complex projects being undertaken, the creation of a thriving Special Works Division and the establishment of successful framework relationships with a wide variety of clients, both in the public and private sectors.

 

Neil Harrison – A Member of the Chartered Institute of Building Neil joined Neilcott in 2003 as Construction Director taking responsibility for the successful delivery of all Construction work.  Neil ensures that our clients’ expectations in terms of time, budget and quality, continue to be realised, all the while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety and delivering within an environmentally responsible and socially aware operational framework.

 

Joe Gissane – A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Joe joined Neilcott in 2000 and was appointed Commercial Director in 2002, taking responsibility for the commercial management of all Construction work.  Working closely with Neil Harrison, Joe ensures that commercial systems are in place which provide for the successful realisation of each project and ensure prompt and reliable cost advice is available for our clients and their advisors at all times.

 

IMG_0045Rob Weatherston - A Civil Engineer by training Rob joined the Company in 2014 to oversee the first batch of framework projects undertaken for the London Borough of Newham.  Rob was appointed Divisional Construction Director in January 2016, reflecting his responsibility for the delivery of a significant proportion of Construction turnover undertaken out of the Orpington office.

 

 

John-Papworth-newJohn Papworth – A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors John joined Neilcott at the start of 2015 and was appointed Regional Commercial Director later that year taking responsibility for the commercial management of the Farnborough regional business. Working closely with Pat Hughes and our client’s commercial teams, John ensures a collaborative and transparent approach to cost management that affords all parties the ability to make informed decisions at all stages of our projects.

 

Pat-Hughes-newPat Hughes – Pat joined Neilcott in October 2015 taking up responsibility in the lead role of Regional Director for the day to day business delivered out of the Farnborough Regional office. Pat’s extensive experience spans over 30 years within the Construction Industry, working across all the main sectors with a key focus being centred around the Customer’s experience. Pat joined the business with a strategy to sustainably grow the Farnborough office in line with the principles and objectives which align with the wider Neilcott business.
