RICS Regeneration Awards 2012

Our Rivergate Centre project was runner up in the RICS regeneration awards 2012.  The awards showcase exceptional improvements to urban, rural or coastal areas.  Judges look for a scheme that has conserved or improved the built or natural environment in a way that has contributed to the viability of the area.  Rivergate was awarded for the Regeneration, in acknowledgement of the way in which the Centre will be a central focus for an emerging community and as part of a wider regeneration.
