2014 RICS London Awards

The RICS Awards showcase the most inspirational regional initiatives and developments in land, property, construction and the environment.  The awards are not purely based on the building that has been submitted; they are about the project as a whole.  The judges take into consideration the impact it has had on the community, how the end user feels about the scheme and what really makes it stand out from the rest.  The judging has now taken place and we are delighted that our project at Snowsfield Street undertaken for renowned jeweler Alex Munro was shortlisted for the Design through Innovation category.37Snowfields-041012-12037Snowfields-041012-090

Ivor returns to Uphall

Ivor Goodsite returned to Uphall Primary School with Project Manager Ricky Limacher to hand out the prizes for the health and safety poster competition which the students recently entered.  Ivor recently set this competition after attending school assemblies to warn the students of the dangers of construction sites.  The students were tasked with completing posters to be displayed on the site hoardings to warn other children in the area who did not attend to the school of the dangers of construction sites and why they should not enter them.   Neilcott are completing the design and construction of a new three storey extension to the school which is due to complete in August 2014.IMG_0654IMG_0653IMG_0652IMG_0651
