National Considerate Constructors Awards 2018

During April 2018, the Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Awards will be taking place.  These awards are an opportunity to recognise the most considerate registered sites of 2017.  The awards recognise sites’ exceptional standards of consideration towards local neighbourhoods and the general public, the workforce and the environment.  Only the top scoring of registered sites are eligible to win and award.  Neilcott’s site at 110 Marylebone High Street, undertaken for The Howard de Walden Estate has been recognised as a site with these exceptional standards.  The auditor commented in his report “An excellent score, particularly with a very short duration project. Appearance of the project portrays the company in a very professional manner particularly on the busy Marylebone High Street which has a very high foot fold. The Site Manager has managed to establish links with the local schools and the immediate community, particularly encouraging to arrange for an Ivor costume in such a short period of time. Excellent display of literature around the site including CCS information for operatives.  It was apparent the Site Manager had a good rapport with his workforce with high levels of literature and information relating to healthy lifestyle choices and the company’s employee assistance programme offered.”award-winners
