Child Safety Week 2016

CAPT_CSW_2016_rgbNeilcott is once again supporting Child Safety Week which this year runs from Monday 6 to Sunday 12 June.  Child Safety Week is the flagship annual campaign run by the Child Accident Prevention Trust.  They are the UK’s leading charity committed to reducing the number of children and young people killed, disabled or seriously injured in preventable accidents.  Their aim is to secure a safer environment for children of all ages, so they can live life to the full while protected from serious injury of death.  Child Safety Week enables them to do this by bringing together individuals and organisations around the country to promote safety messages to families in a fun and engaging way.  Accidents are a leading cause of death, serious injury and acquired disability for children and young people in the UK.  They account for three deaths every week and over 2,000 hospital admissions.  Neilcott will be reinforcing the safety message upon all of our sites with Hunt the Hazard Posters, promotional signs, safety talks and the provision of action packs and posters to all schools that we are working upon.Site-Visit
